We are going back to our old budgeting system, in an attempt to tighten our finances as much as we can. That means I am back to saving every receipt and entering them into a database that Josh created. Uggg.
If any of you know me, I am not a super organized person. When we followed this method several years ago, I had a hard time keeping track of all of my receipts and an even harder time remembering to enter the amounts in a timely fashion. It was kind of a "thorn in my flesh", if I am being honest. lol
Do any of you budget this way, and if so, how do you keep track of your receipts and when do you enter them into the computer? I need some tips--maybe something will spark my interest and help me be a good "budget-er" this time.
The other option is getting a part-time job.....maybe at Starbucks or Target? THAT would be extremely rough. For some reason, Josh is not cool with that idea though........hmmm. ;-)
